Hunter Question.

Hey guys was wondering if the Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders with the BoA gun is better for alli players,

or if the BoA mail shoulders and the BoA bow is better since we can't get the hit rating from the gloves that are horde only.

Should be using the hunter shoulders/chest, boa gun, and stained helm. If you need extra hit then go draeni or h.e it's spelt.

Or use the stained shadowcraft helm/chest/bow and you could be auto hit capped... I'm not sure how far off that is from Pizza's 'BiS guide' that says you need to xfer several times to be BiS, but it works.

Please state what level you are talking about because at 10 the question is moot as neither BOA ranged offers +hit. In that case BiS (for DPS) is a Horde wanted quest from Ghostlands called Bring Me Kel'gash's Head! that awards the highest DPS ranged weapon available to level 10's the Well Crafted Long Bow. Also, hit is a non-issue, all you have to do is have an extra pair of boots in your bag with +5 hit on them. You won't miss anyone in your bracket since Blizzard split them up, prior to that a 10 had only 1.04% chance to miss a 19 with the 5 hit to boots.

If ur talking about lvl 19, I just use deviate scale belt on my ally hunter to get the hit rating I lose by not having the horde gloves, you auctually maintain better stats this way instead of using a simple pearl ring or hit rating to boots enchant. I use the exact same set in pizza's hunter guide, ecept with fang gloves and dev scale belt.

Wow, do the stats really scale that terribly at 19? 30% crit with maxed skinning and full Agility enchants and only 185 Agility? I mean it makes no sense, your gear is great and yet you only have like 20 more Agility than my 10 will have once I get the BOA Helm/Cloak, and I should surpass 85% crit unbuffed. No wonder there's such a following for 10's over 19's. Nice Hunter though man.

Like I said, 19's were in the very same bracket as 10's for more than a year, and quite a few of us 10's were capable of destroying 19 twinks due to OUR stat scaling. And lol on you saying there's only 7-10 Twinks in all of WoW.
