You can ask someone (in a city for example) to group you together and you can party sync just fine.

You can do it with f2p as well just need someone to invite you to their party.

For me it looks like pure f2p and vets aren't allowed to party sync. So at least at this point the whole process should fail.
I managed to bring a f2p(no timeline) account next to the dungeon and a vet(sl timeline).
But next i need to party sync and thats where the trouble starts, because the button for party sync is missing. Even with all addons off the button doesnt showed up in my ui.
Even if you try party sync by using /script QuestSessionManager:StartSession().
Still you will get trouble using /script QuestSessionManager.StartDialog:Confirm() on the other account because its a blocked command.

That’s weird. I did it with a f2p toon, I’m not near my computer at the moment so I can’t really test anything to see what the issue is. I apologize for not being much help right now.
Dig the video but more importantly, i dig the dual Sfangs and welfare AGMs. That monk is straight gas!

Not 100% sure if it works with every single dungeon. Most likely just the ones you were able to que for originally.

With Blizzards track record, the reaction could be anything from "It never gets fixed" to "Every account with a 155 geared lowlvl character gets permabanned". It's the scary thing about it, nobody can tell what's going to happen.
