How to: Level 1 Hunter with Pet

You need to logout both and then login at the same time. This mostly gets you in same phase. Sometimes it's just luck.
And you have to time it right, every time the ship starts a new cycle you get in a new phase.

i managed to get in the same phase on boat and i got off boat with the level 1, but then the level 11 was phased again on island. I swam out a bit towards the boat where you glitch and got in same phase. My plan was to go to the glitch boat on level 1 and then hearthstone back to boat so i could party sync the level 11 with locked xp with the level 1 so i could do quests and get pet on hunter. but hunters hs got set to sw and when i tried to swim back it got teleported. Any idea of how i can get pet on hunter before getting ported to sw?

When you leave the tutorial state (aka when you log back in at the boat), if you're ever in the zone Exile's Reach without party sync you are instantly kicked out. Hearthing back to the boat would put you in Exile's Reach, leaving the tip of the boat put you in Exile's Reach.

Once the level 1 has left the tutorial state, the next step is for you to summon them out on another character. RAF summon or Warlock summon or Summoning stone, you just gotta summon them out of Exile's Reach and get them to turn off their exp. When their exp is off, then you enable party sync allowing you to use your hearth and progress through Exile's Reach to the hunter quest.

i have not tried to get off the boat on level one by jumping on the motorcycle. i don't get how to get on the boat with the level 11 druid. like how do i find where the boat is? do i need to have partysync enabled or not?

That frost-tipped island is the easiest one, it's the island south of you when you're on the boat. Once you see it and are in a position near to it, get off and swim to where the boat is on the island. You can see the boat on the map, it's on the bottom side to the left (left of bottom middle).

Get there, logout/back in at the tip in the front of the boat or at the top of the boat, get summoned out of exile's reach. Turn off exp in sw/org, party sync, hearthstone back and quest until you get your pet. You cannot do this on a Worgen/Goblin
