After you leave tutorial via doing that boat trick (WITH THE LAST QUEST) you’re actually just finished. Characters bugged, you can do whatever you want.
 
I tried to heal the hunter through fatigue, but I didn't manage it.
Healing the druid and the hunter doesn't work. The dmg from fatigue on the hunter ticks for 51 and the heals tick for 10 and 2. So that's impossible.
Maybe there's another way to get him out.

Did you try with a level 11 druid with rejuv+lifebloom?

But that way you are stuck on exiles reach.

There is another way that works.
You need to get your lvl1 hunter off the starter ship and port him out. @Azeroh made videos. I linked one in this thread, just look at his YouTube channel there is all you need. If you get stuck at some point, just ask.

once you get on the boat then log out/back in, you can just die in the fatigue and rez back to exiles reach (if you want to). you dont actually need to do all that jazz. the only requirement is having the last quest while leaving the tutorial state. i confirmed right now that logging out and back in at a place such as that where you are "leaving" exiles reach does take you out of your tutorial state.

i followed the steps in your video. but when i left the group with party sync i got instatly ported to sw and my hs set to valley of heroes.

how do you group with a xp off char to get reduced xp? i don't get reduced xp when grouping with one. i assume the xp off char also needs to be in exiles reach?

Has to be on the ship, if you want to get reduced xp there. But if you want to have a lvl 1 outside of exiles reach, this is not needed.
