How to get 'Live Chat' on support?

The one I usually clicked on, Account > Not Listed, doesn't give me the option for a Live Chat any more.

So... anyone?

It comes and goes. I guess Blizzard sometimes assumes they can handle all of the reports and technical issues people have. Then they realize they can't because their support team is under-staffed and they'd remove live chat and/or phone support rather than up their staff.

I believe that they removed it as long pre-patch/early legion is out. Because of all the new bugs. They would get spammed too much.
So I think its temporary ^^

Its not removed, I used Live Chat yesterday to talk to a gm about the invasion gear. Its just only an option for certain things now, you just gotta keep trying every option lol, i forget which one I used.

Note: Ive been told its also only available during a certain time

Only ones I could find required an asston of information like picture ID and shit, Im not gonna sit there and put in a ton of info to then tell em "oh by the way, it has nothing to do with this" :/
