99 disc priest can top dmg in games with no twinks (or terrible ones), pretty fun.

I have a 99 hpal who ends up doing the same healing as my disc, minus all the dmg / kills / fun.

How do you have Cyno's shoulder's equipped? Don't they require 101?

theres versions that scale down to as low as 98 check wowhead for it
