How dou you twink?

Hi, ive been away from the twink scene for almost 2 years and i return to ruins. I got some info that u can twink at level 20 if your subscription is gone. But i hear people still talk about other brackets i dont understand, plz inform me.
 
20s and 110s are currently the only brackets that actively get pops because 20s are f2p capped so their xp is on, they just can't level any higher, and 110s are on a Legion account and can't level into BFA content.

Pure xp off pops require coordinated efforts.

60 and 70 are pretty popular atm, 70 does 2v2 and 3v3 coordinated wargames nightly and then 7v7-10v10 bgs until all hours of the night. Atm twinking is what you make of it

If you are 20+ you can enable Warmode, which puts you in always pvp-on cross realm phases. Not as personal of an experience as before, when you’d only see those from your realm. You’re mainly only going to see levelers and 120s. Hellfire/borean tundra are decent spots for higher levels.

I am currious on 110 twinking how would u do that?? Since the expansions u huy for new players are all the way up to bfa how would u just get legion and playing wow unsubbed??
