what are your most common means of eating
wait what happened to your mcdonalds diet??I started intermittant fasting everyday 20 hours and a 4 hour eating window. I eat primarily meat, whole grains, fruit and vegetables. I lift intensely and cycle everyday.
Right now I am building muscle while getting leaner got my deadlift from 315 to 445 in 1-2 months while getting cut abs went from 180 to 174 but gained more muscle. I am bulkier and leaner than I was at 180. 500 is coming soon I give it 2-3 months most likely less keep crushing the health/physique goals everyone.
