Who copied the third bullet point in
https://xpoff.com/threads/19-legion-gear-prep-guide.67478 and added +1 but its instanced pvp and 20s play under the same rule as 29s so he copied it from the wrong guide.

white offhand ilvl 60
ilvl 30 white rings

but as I have been over past this thread, it doesnt matter.
