Mate I remember when you left the site and us (I was very vocal about this at the time) had to fight for a classic section because they didn’t think people would be interested in classic.

If i made a website it would be complimentary to xpoff, not a competitor. I have complete faith in the owner and selaya to keep twinking alive through this platform but tbh that isn't necessary because of classic. Also there is a difference between keeping things how a core but minority group of twinks want them on this website and stagnation. Just as there is a difference between producing content and building platform infrastructure, and a hyper capitalist esports intent.
I also have faith in seleayas laziness when shit isn't going down.
I also know that most that staff aren't motivated to really practice what the admin preaches. That has always been a problem since the cata and wrath babies took over the social dynamic in the twinks community
Mocha was the last great moderator, this community and website has been under the heel of a minority group of emotionally under developed group of bullies enforcing a social hierarchy based on in game skill since then.
Classic has distrupted that, I look forward to seeing and expediting that change, either in public or private.

Just to clear things up, I’m not dogging on the website or kissing your ass, but things have gone a little down hill.
For starters look at how things are moderates now, this whole thread breaks the ToU yet you have moderators commenting on it and carrying it on, not to mention that if it was made by anyone else it would have been locked or deleted by now.
Other small things like I have tried to contact them multiple times over the past year about trying to get access back to my old Twinkinfo account that I’ve not heard a single thing back from them, not even an acknowledgment that they have received my email etc.

Good way at putting it. I know myself to troll a few times when it comes to 19 being in a irrelevant bracket, but the way people are talking about and acting in the 19 community is toxic and deteriorates any one new coming into the community. I use 19s as an example as they’re the most popular and dominate bracket sounds like it contradicts what I just said but when you can lvl and gear a 19 in 2 days it will always be active, but you’re never going to keep new players at 19.

That's unfortunate. The motivation problem is reall and to be expected from volunteers. There needs to be a source of motivation for things to be done, crafting one of those can be best done from a digital media or auxiliary service medium as opposed to a social discourse medium. As a platform and concept this website is out dated and essentially obsolete. People come here out of habit, for the sake of ego and to troll people who aren't in their cliques discord server. It doesn't have to be that way though.
I made my fair share of mistakes at the helm and learned so much but I always did my best to make the staff feel appreciated and like they were contributing to something that gave people joy, even if at some points my best was absolutely insufficient.
Saying you're contributing to something, helping spread joy, and are appreciated is one thing but in a community like this, making it true is a whole different beast

I fail to see why a thread breaking (Blizztard's) ToU would be actionable upon?
I am the only person who is at the very least taking the emails semi-seriously, but I have been a rather busy person as of late, and haven't been able to even keep up with, let alone respond to all the gibberish that we sometimes tend to receive from our contact mail. If you would DM me here or something, I shall have another look at things.

Like I said I’m not dogging on the website or anything like that, heck I enjoy this thread as it reminds me of the old battle group forums. I’m simply pointing out the lack of moderation.

The point of this website is twinking. Everyone likes some trash talk and jabs at people for in-game stuff to spur competition but this is just weird af. This thread is useless, was created in bad faith and should have been locked ages ago.
Rules and guidelines don't exist to TAKE AWAY EVERYONE'S FREEDOM OMG they exist because we can't have specific, intended functions without them. A natural history museum isn't a natural history museum if you can put whatever you want in it.
And a brief note on the political stuff, if there's one thing I've learned in my 400 years of age it's that the only way people change their minds is through lived experience or verbal conversation with someone who they trust as a friend. It is literally impossible to do either of these things in an online forum so have fun throwing yourselves at brick walls.
Not that just my opinion should matter. So let's look at the rules that ReckoningOG brought up earlier:
Broken:
(i) Do not harrass others, whether in public or private. Pretty simple, actually. Don't like John Doe? Ignore them. You don't have to go out of your way to bombard them about it at every possible occasion.
Broken:
(ii) Do not derail threads. Again, pretty simple. Keep your posts on topic. Do not spam unnecessarily.

(iii) Do not derail (sub-)forums. Keep your threads on-topic. Do not post 19s stuff in the 39s, for example. Keep off-topic threads in the offtopic subforums.
Idk I never click half the stuff people link but it wouldn't surprise me if broken:
(iv) Do not post NSFW graphic content. Super simple. No Pornography.
