Wow. First off that study is completely bullshit. 1600 resumes sent to God knows what businesses.. They could easily be skewing their data. But let's pretend that study is actually accurate.. Why do you think they give more interviews to "whiter" names? Could it be these organizations are finding minorities are losing them money? Nah that couldn't possibly be it. They're definitely just racist.

Another related question: Why is it when black people dominate in the NBA/NFL it's because of genetics, but when Whites dominate high tech jobs it's racism?

So what qualifications do you have do make this judgement? Because social and data scientists created this, so please enlighten us with your genius. There is a reason things things are done by academics. If you're going to discredit a study you're gonna have to try s lot harder than that to be taken seriously in public.

This is the problem with people who talk about socialism and don't understand the science and philosophy behind it.
 
Via Marx socialism is letting the government distribute funds. I fully understand socialism, and if you support it you may want to go back and read some world history. Not only that, if you trust the United States government with that you're a bigger fool than I initially thought. There are certain portions of socialism that have already been adopted but like the saying our great Robert Downey Jr bestowed upon us with " you never go full retard " you also never go full socialist.

You're right man, I shouldn't question the study at all. I should just ignore that fact that 1600 resumes is hardly a large number for determining significant statistical extrapolations, ignore the fact they didn't name any of the organizations they sent the resumes too, and I should also ignore the fact correlation doesn't imply causation. Unlike you, I know how dumb most of these people are, and I know most studies have money behind them with specific goals in mind.

Bro a meta analysis is the sum of thousands of studies. This means that bias gets removed.

When you wanna find the truth of certain things, reading meta analysis is the most reliable information that exists.
