No, lol. It's not discrimination towards white people to force companies to hire an X amount of minorities when studies show that just by having a white name, your chances of getting hired goes up by a substantial amount. It balances things out.

This is why its important to understand the academic meaning of white privilege. It does not mean you have no class disadvantage or any other kind of life disadvantage. It means a very specific thing in regards to how people are inclined to perceive and treat white people as opposed to non-white people AND white passing people. Class is a major factor and a major underlying factor to systemic and social racism.
