Hillborne Axe vs Darkwater Talwar

Was wondering what would be best for Outlaw rogues, Darkwater Talwar with it's proc or Hillborne Axe of the Quickblade/Aurora/Fireflash?

I think Darkwater Talwar is considered best as it has a chance to Proc Elemental force from range.

I personally think Darkwater is a "noob trap", the procs are too rare for it to be efficient on a rogue and I'd take raw dmg/stats over it any day of the week.
This is all based on my own experience playing with the weapons.

I think vibroblade MH w/ bvb offhand is bis. dark water talwar rarely procs. Vibroblade, on the other hand, procs frequently.

Whats BiS depends on youe play style. As mentioned before i also think talwar is a noon trap as 1-4 rrpm is too low to give up that many stats. Personally ill run vibro daring for arena and hillborne daring for about anything else. Im constantly going back and forth to figure out exactly whats best but as it stands thats my current opinion.

Anyone know if haste increases proc chance ? Was thinking about making a pure haste set,, including mark of warsong on both talwar's..

Stacking max haste will only increase ele forces rrpm to 11 instead of 10. With as low the rrpm is for Talwar i couldnt see it going higher then what it already is, even if you stacked haste.

RNG or base damage, whatever you want from what I saw talwar procs 1-2 times a minute on average, id go with Cudgel of Naralex (3.60 speed) and BVB or Daring Dirk offhand

No real breakpoint. 10%haste means 11RPPM for elemental force. 9% haste means 10.9 RPPM.

Haste also increases tulwar proc, but you'd need a lot of haste to really make it proc often.
