EU+US Help With New Outlaw BiS

I made a rogue to attempt some Instanced PvP twinking in the prepatch, no GFed items nothing. As if you started the character today. I'm trying to find what is the BiS for this and currently have this put together. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/stonemaul/Phrawk/advanced

*Note that I finished the quest for Watch Master's Breastplate but did not receive any reward for finishing the Bones that Walk quest.

You need an ilvl 100 mask from Griftah using the WoD whistle.

You'll want the ilvl 27 Chest/Wrist/Boots from BG crates.

You'll want AGM/Fishing trinket (currently unavailable, but will be back).

You'll want a slower weapon for your mainhand. See http://www.wowhead.com/items/weapon...:7:14?filter=161:128:221:36;1:1:2:1;0:0:0:2.8 (exclude the garden tools).

You'll want an ilvl 27 BG crate for your offhand.

Thank you so much. I have a 19 Belf Rogue on Frostmane, with Sunstrider and the old insignia, but no gold to get The Rock or Necklace. Will look into making that into a good rogue as well.

Do you think it is worth it for a transfer to get these items available to me on a server where I can afford the white BiS gear?

The rings and necklace aren't too expensive to buy from the vendors (<300g? iirc). I'd make a death knight "main" on that server and level it up enough to get that much gold. Or look at buying pets on your main server and selling them on your other server.

How much is a transfer anyways? You could probably buy a wow token for $15 and get the 70k or however much they are these days.

Edit: How does one farm the dingy coins to get the ilvl 100 headpieces?
