Hi, can I ask why you need to do that? I thought it was easy to get legit at higher levels.

How? I got no quest at 49, I need 50 for it It's a 49 twink.

At level 49 you should be able to get Azurite gear that requires level 48 from the last boss in BFA dungeons to drop for you. Just run random BFA dungeons until you get a piece and then relog and the quest will auto populate.

Are you sure you don't need to have HoA(or be 50) for Azerite gear to drop? Because I did Atal several times and it didn't drop for me.

yes. I’m sure. Just keep running the last boss in freehold.
