Health regen items / armor

Hi,

I'm trying to find some items / armo wirr health regen on my lvl11 druid that exist in addition to the sl gems. Rune of Duty is not available for druid, is there any other amor piece that gives health regen on lvl 11?

Only other thing usable on a 11 I found is Strong Troll's Blood Elixir.

Serious edit: there’s a few trinkets that return a flat amount or a % of your total health each time you kill a monster or player in your level range

You can look on classic wowhead for hp/10 items and see if any kept their properties. But I wouldn’t imagine most did or if they’re scaled in any favorable way.

2md Edit, it looks like Frostwolf/stormpike insignia as well as the lifestone might still be obtainable/ usable. for insignia, its only obtainable during Korraks and make sure you dont upgrade it to rank 6, which has a level requirement (like i did )

depending on what "tier" of classic epic lifestone is, it may not drop low enough for a lv 11

Druids get Frenzied Regeneration at lv 10.
Farm items with Leech (10-15% leech is more than enough to sustain health),

Some notable shielding/healing trinkets:
-Parjesh's Medallion from Warlord Parjesh, Eye of Azshara
-Orb of Torment from Inquisitor Tormentorum, Vault of the Wardens
-Argussian Compass from The Black Stalker, Underbog
-Talisman of the Cragshaper from Ularogg Cragshaper, Neltharion's Lair
