Heals hotfix nerf

its a nerf to healing in bgs. Looks to be around 15-20% across the board.

Yeah its 15% - I know all healers get a passive spell that is 15% hit for just a select few spells, I wonder if it was hotfixed to be 15% base hit for healers (so healers don't have to gear hit for PvP) and then the tooltip will be changed in a later patch?

I only have the base hit on healer specced classes, gonna be really nice if healers don't have to gear for hit anymore.

Seems like my eviscerate is dealing like 25% less damage or so... was getting crits as high as 1200 in survivability gear

Warlock healthstone was pushed down from 20% max hp heal to 14%, & drainlife was ticking for 60 & is now ticking for 40, argh this sucks.
