Not the craziest amount of procs and only for 4 seconds.

I hardly ever even notice it, the window is so small. But it does speed things up if you catch it just right...

I hardly ever even notice it, the window is so small. But it does speed things up if you catch it just right...

It is actually 6 sec buff with 40 sec CD. It's pretty good imo.
If it lines up with other haste buffs like enrage and drums it gets ridiculous. 72.56% with meta proc and enrage on my warrior.
