Darkmoon (or silvermoon) robes I think can come in int/stam/haste options. I think they scale to 4/4/4, so you'd have to REALLY love haste.

Theres an alliance chest that comes from the draenei place
Haste robe it scales pretty decent at 20 but no idea at lvl 19

Silvermoon dousn't come with sorcerer (atleast 90% sure) but the darkmoln robe dous have sorcerer stats
