I recently made a character that will be 100% "Vanilla" using gear exclusively from Classic dungeons and zones.
I decided to take a look at old dungeons and noticed the coveted Hand of Justice.
So... Does anyone knows if it still procs? And if it does, does it work like Ironfoe???
