Several have notated that high(er) Levels can get gear to drop that Warforges/procs Tertiary/etc but what we're trying to determine absolutely is can low(er) Levels experience the same thing. I've never seen a Legion Dungeon item proc Socket or Tertiary on any old 101, my old 99 DH nor any of the 10's I've spammed COUNTLESS Legion Dungeon clears on.

ALL Quest rewards in Legion can upgrade to Epic. That's been known for a while.
 
great I coulda sworn I have a piece with leech on it on my 20 but I cant find it, maybe I am mis remembering. Now I am tempted to spam out legion dungeons myself jsut to see if I was full of shit.
 
just came back to play this weekend so far i completed azuna and i got 4 epic upgades, and aroung 7 to blue ( 3 from quest 1 from rare mob)
the artifac relics i got were up to blue quality but they stillgiving + 5 items lvl (do i im mising something ?)

I lost my shit for a moment when I saw that Trinket, then realized you're probably LvL 20 lmao.
 
So with the upcoming ptr changes I've been scouring the auction house on a bunch of servers.

I haven't come across a single WoD boe green that has tertiary/sockets. It's the last expansion with main stat on rings/necks.
Just wondering if anyone else has a confirmed WoD boe green with any proc on it?

I know the wod rares with their blue items can, but yet to see any greens.

Oops good call lol I had kind of assumed they did bc of the legion/bfa gear greens being able to proc them but ur right I don't think I've seen actual proof of wod greens with them so I took them off the list. Gonna leave WoD rares info on there until the nerf/level req goes live

i remember someone farming BfA, Naz’mir and getting a neck with +int and +stam with secondaries, so it isn’t limited to just Legion, as far as WoD i haven’t checked (sorry) just figured the main stat on neck was what you wanted rather than just WoD necks
 
I know they upgrade the stats when applicable, was curious if that was a point where stats improved. A lot of times the 1 ilvl does not change the value unless it's at a specific threshold. When you get above that threshold you'll get increase.
