Its souldbound yes, you have to do it on the rogue you want the mask on.....say hi to the forest stalker for me

Yea I was just stupid, i thought you had to farm it on a level 100 and then trade it over. so I was confused when it did not work. but I later found a video that explain it

yes, you have to take your 19 level rogue to pick pocket in draenor, is very easy.

Oh yeah i just loved the forest stalker and the warlock channeling the spell behind the portal closest to them fighting. the forest stalker comes through the ground/walls etc to kill you even in stealth lol

Get a portal to Draenor, get to Talador, go to Tomb of Lights, pick pocket the NPC's that fight other NPC's. You will die to warlocks and forest stalkers every now and then. Just run back, ress and continue farming. Rinse and repeat.
