Green Item scaling

Anyone know if green items will scale to 19 if you get drops on 24-25 character, they don't scale like rares do for some reason.

If its a mob or zone specific drop, it scales to the level. If its a world drop, it has various levels where it can drop. So look up a particular green on wowhead and pick the item version. If it has one "scales with level" option, then it will generally scale. If it has a lot at various ilvls (23, 27, 31, etc) - then it scales to the tiers. Same applies for blues. I think people theorized a 23-24 might be best to farm 19 greens.

Since question has already been answered.... Out of interest were you part of the "Elitesniper" guild back in like 2008/9 in the Cruelty/Crueldad battleground on EU that had a tonne of twink hunters and the occasional healer?

Have confirmed lvl23 drops lvl16 ilvl19 greens still

i lvld a new character recently to try find the sweet spot to grind 24 ilvl greens as well. but after having checked all lvls from 19-24 by locking xp at each lvl and farming multiple greens, I'm still getting lvl 16 , ilvl 19 greens and a variation of lvl 20-24 greens.

given up trying to figure out how this whole thing works for the time being, If anyone has any experience / data doing this on a lvl 25-27 character im curious to hear the results.
