Thanks to my good friend Maestus (10 twink) I now know that once you join a bg with Ilvl gear, stats are perma so you can switch to any fucking gear u want. Just join with Ilvl set on. (Stats are perma) ur welcome

This isn't true... I've taken gear off in BGs and my stats go down so... Switching sets would do the same thing.

I think you can change your gear but it will go down if you remove gear from a slot (leaving an empty slot)
