Good Ol' Days

I've got a 29 and 19 on molten - lordaeron.

19's are a little eh, atm. Hunters, shams and druids everywhere.

29's are much more balanced, activity is picking up and there's no retail drama. It's also easy find world pvp in arathi and stv when bgs arent popping.

How are 29s dealing with Aimed Shot hunters over there? They caused a serious issue in retail Wrath back in the day.

They're still a pain. We've had a few games were by chance one side queued with 3 hunters and the other side didn't, and it was pretty one-sided. Both sides have hunters, though, and the balance is still way better at 29 than at 19 since all the other classes have grown stronger. Plus, the availability of 450 mining means that burst damage isn't too powerful, and so most players survive long enough to be healed.

We'll see what happens if and when we manage to get to the stage of doing full 10v10 premades. Right now, it's still 4-8 players pugging on each side with nontwinks (Molten doesn't separate bgs into xp-on and xp-off).

most games have one or two hunters, in which case they're usually disarmed and focused as soon as possible.

alliance could stand to lose a few paladins probably, although only one i holy i think.
