21 Sub Rogue - Outlaw Sabre or Blackvenom Blade?

Basically, I have a 21 rogue that I have been playing around with for about a month now. For the most part, I have been playing assassination with 2x Blackvenom Blade with great success, but I have decided I want to give subtlety a go. I have been contemplating going horde in order to grab an Outlaw Sabre and a second Signet of Argas for my sub gear, but I don't know if the investment would be worth it. I was hoping maybe someone with experience dealing with swords in sub could give me some guidance on the subject. More specifically and to the point, however, If anyone know how good the Outlaw Sabre really is for a 21, and would be willing to share their thoughts, it would be greatly appreciated.

Outlaw is amazing at 21 but not more amazing then gouge

Truthfully, without Dirty Tricks, I don't think I would use gouge at all at this level even if I had it at my disposal.

Well, I never said one should use it at 90. I don't even have a 90 rogue. I was merely pointing out that gouge has too high an energy cost for me to justify leveling to 22 and jeopardizing the scaling I get from my BVBs and/or Outlaw Sabre.

Unless you're playing arena :/ sure it's nice but not like p2p rogues have problems killing stuff.

Ye, I might stay horde permanently on this character. After experiencing the 2 min average queue times, I don't know if I could go back to 15 min +..
