  • Twinking can cost a bit of money. Where do y’all farm gold as a 19? I’m imagining grinding mobs between que pops. I know there are other ways of making gold and I could make a trial account toon to farm gold more easily. But I’d like ideas specifically to do between que pops.

Usually i'll sit in the Borean Tundra and fish for my turtle mount while I wait for queues.
    This gives

    Deep Sea Monsterbelly
    Pygmy Suckerfish
    Moonglow Cuttlefish

My server is Argent Dawn EU and prices are crazy for literally everything, I currently sell per x10 of each at 600g, x20 1000g and x200 at 10,000g.
For me this is the easiest way of making gold at 19 that doesn't require me to move from zone to zone.
Also DE all the greens/blues I don't need from my BG crate and that gives me gold too, smaller, but much more than vendor prices.
    Hope that helped

It's gonna be hard to really match the gold farming power of a higher level. Farming there and sending gold (or getting pets and crating them on your 19's server) is going to be better.

For things to do between queues - fishing is always good. Deviate fish, fish from higher level zones.

What level is buying those fish at those prices?

Gearing for wpvp. Enchants cost money (including black magic for ipvp). Shadowfangs (especially ilvl 25 ones) aren't cheap. BoE gloves. If you use consumables those can add up as well. Leveling up first aid/engineering/alchemy/jewelcrafting for the slight edge can be made faster/easier with gold.

For someone with a max level on the server, it's not bad at all. But some of the things can be a bit beyond a low level on their own.

    look for blingtrons in towns
they are usually placed by players with high lvl engineering
the 4000 and 6000 variety drop expensive trash items more often than the 5000 one

what edge does jc and alchemy give ? honest question

Farm Herbs and turn them in on Warlords Farm Days, coming back to Guild Events this coming week! There will be 2 Farm Days a week offering a nice gold prize to the person who farms the most herbs, all Herbs are made into potions or elixirs and used by the guild thru the Guild Bank.

...I could make a trial account toon to farm gold more easily...

As last I remember, trail accounts are capped at 10g and can't use the AH, trade, or send/receive in the mail. Unless linked with a main account? Don't know for sure, but would be moot anyway. Just something to keep in mind. A couple dungeon runs in f2p and you are capped.

    this is 10-19 forum

OP mentioned something about creating a trial account for gold farming. Comments, may still apply for a trial account if he/she is looking to play 10-19 bracket. A little confused myself.

yeah i think trial has been the nomenclature for lvl 100 test toons for a while now
the no-sub scrubs are f2p or starter edition
