The world-wide Dartol's is GF'd. Currently, you can get one that only works in Ashenvale. You can get it at 19, though.

Seems like a bold assumption that you know of all the millions of people who play only 2 have that.

Then again "World firsts on TI" have always been hilarious and silly.

I still can claim world first level 1 War who figured out in WoTLK about Entis, but it's impossible to verify and just silly.

AS for Dog Whistle?

I'd have to scan around on accounts I've got 29s with, but I haven't actively played 29s since early WoTLK and mostly did in BC.

I can't think of any reason besides entertainment value I'd have kept one on them, though.

If we're talking truly rare stuff, there are some 29s with Green Lenses equipped (and required engineering).

I geared this guy up to play PvP with my bf who made a matching feral druid called Burgah, but as it turned out he didn't really enjoy lowbie PvP so the chars gathered dust. The only reason they're visible now is because of the recent Free Weekend.

Best thing about the whistle, you can use it, equip another trinket and you keep the dog (At least this was the case before legion).

My 60 rogue Campsis has it. I does pretty decent damage (50 noncrit and 100 crit) for a trinket you can put on, use, and un-equip.
