Try to get the recent update. Anytime bliss updates the game they usually have to patch it. There are sometimes problems with the ears of a character missing when you put a helmet on. So what I do is take 2 seperate screenshots of the character with and without the helmet, then I highlight the ears and copy them onto the one without.
