Game Suggestion Needed

I'm hoping someone can suggest a game for me. I'm looking for a console game that supports LAN. Probably more fantasy-based than real war, but a CoD type might be the answer. I'm hoping to setup 3-4 TVs with their own consoles. Something where you work on a character, upgrade gear, etc. Some sort of Dungeon crawl aspect, maybe PvP. Doesn't need a monthly sub to setup a LAN game? Anyone have any thoughts?

Have you tried/considered budget computers with IGPs? AMD just released their new 5600G, and it can do some gaming without breaking your bank for a GPU.
 
Does it have to be LAN specifically or will you have a connection available to join the same online lobbies?

Borderlands trilogy

The Division 1+2

Warframe

Resident Evil: Revelations 1/2 (Raid mode)

CoD: Infinite Warfare (Despite the s%!t this game got I had some good fun on it with people in same room while online, lots of weapons to collect might be a bit dead at this point though)

The Ascent

Any of the current battle royale games (again just because in the same room would make it more enjoyable than randoms on a mic)

If you like the hunting style games you could also try:

Monster Hunter: World

Toukiden 2

God Eater 2 or 3

Dauntless
 
Grim Dawn, a Kick-Starter Diablo-like game but actually better than Diablo 3 and has multiplayer and lan play. And a convoluted gearing system that can take you weeks to study and requires ridicules amount of PhD retardation to grind legendary gear in that game.
 
Thank all, Grim Dawn looks cool as did The Ascent, but I'm less into the futuristic style. I think what I'm searching for is D4... but something more for all audiences and also screw blizz. Minecraft Dungeons might be the solution if I can deal with the blocky graphics. I wish it or Diablo supported more than 4 players.

...console only ? hmm bethesda has some of their games but there are exploits like mad in them. Just cowboy up , learn to free aim and jump in to rdr2 =P As far as free ? just make multiple emails and choose one to get the monthly or 3 month for a dollar, then unsub , when deadline date pops use another email for another deal. I do so on xbox . if a dollar for a month or 3 months is going to break you, sell your systems
