Fury Warrior Weapons Swapping in Combat

i have a simple /equipset macro to swap both weapon and offhand for my fury war. But during combat, it says "item not yet ready". If i just swap either only the weapon or only the offhand, it works in combat. If I open the character screen and manually drag the weapon and offhand, then both can be swapped in combat.

Is it a bug or swapping 2 weapons at the same time isn't allowed now in combat?

Unless something changed yesterday, it still works. But try dragging the actual weapon set icon to the hotbar instead of using a macro. I seem to recall weapon swapping syntax being a bit weird during prepatch?

no it doesn't, same "item not ready" message even if i try to swap both main hand and offhand by using the weapon set icon.

I just tested on my warrior and was able to swap seemlessly and easily between dual artifact and my SMF set. But when I tried to swap between two different sets of 1handers, it wouldnt let me.

dumb af nerf.
cant swap them at the same time anymore, as both weapons are affected by GCD now.
would have to swap one, wait for gcd, then swap the other.


fury artifact is not affected by this, as it counts as 1 single weapon.

I was on the wow forums asking the hardcore nerds about anyway to get around it with timing delays, weird coded swaps. Nobody had an answer. As above once you swap away from the artifact weapon since its one weapon, its over.

Yes that is because its 1 weapon into 1 weapon... you used to be able swap 2 weapons into 2 weapons.. you can't now because the code is different. The only exemption are artifact weapons that are main and and off hand because they count as 1 weapon.
