You don't, its been tried, even if you did get the marks you need friendly before u can buy the rep tokens.
 
Hey I'd like to add you can get Reins of the Grand Ice Mammoth as well as Reins of the Ice Mammoth.



The way to do this is buy Sons of Hodir reputation.



How?



You can buy 520 reputation tokens from vendors in Dalaran for 16 Justice Points. You can trade 375 Honor points for 250 Justice Points in Orgrimmar/Stormwind.



Then when you are revered you can buy the Reins of the Ice Mammoth from the Sons of Hodir Quartermaster for 1000 gold, and Reins of the Grand Ice Mammoth at Exalted for 2000 gold.



On average, 375 Honor = 250 Justice points = 15 tokens = 7800 rep.



It is actually 15.65 tokens so overtime you will have a bit more than expected.



And the rep is increased if you are in a higher level guild (stacks with rep bonuses, not sure about human racial).



You start at 0/36000 hated with Sons of Hodir.

You can be eligible for it, but the quest chain required to actually move all the vendors into whatever the area is called is not available to 70s, and hence the mount is not available for purchase.

Fair enough. I hadn't started the grind myself so thanks for catching me on it so soon. I'd have hated to figure it out afterwards. My brother will kill me when he wakes up though.
