Friend can't loot in Eye of Azshara

As the title says, a friend of mine that is playing in a vet account, can't loot in Eye of Azshara, and apparently any other Legion dungeon we go to.
I still have a sub, so I decided to help him out with my main, I invite him to a party and we get inside a dungeon to "solo" it and get his items. So far it worked without an issue, until he wanted to go get a trinket from Eye of Azshara and no loot drops for him, only gold, while I can get loot as usual. I tried going with my twink aswell, and same thing.

Any of you has ever had this problem? If so, anyone knows the solution?

Since 9.1.5 it’s been a consistent issue that legion dungeons just aren’t dropping stuff below a certain level.

That sucks. If that's what's causing this, I hope they fix soon.

yeah I told him to do so. This doesn't affect only us, but also anyone leveling, so they might fix it eventually.
