I'm a lvl 39 Twink and am going to start gearing. I noticed there are a lot of dungeons I can do but in the adventure guide the loot I can get will require level 45 despite me being able to que for it. Will it scale the drops down to my level? I assume it works in the opposite direction as well?

I did Black Temple on my 79 twink, and actually ended up pretty lucky with 3 pieces of loot whereas 2 of them had a socket. This got me thinking a bit, did anyone else do Black Temple on your twinks? Did anyone get any warforged/titanforged? I know that from the dungeons the warforged did'nt...
