Also welcome back bud. Twinking is just fill every slot with something, the higher the item level the better but it doesn't give much of an increase. It can be gray items or of any stats, BG's don't look at the stats, just the item level. If you are a priest use a wand, it's currently bugged to give like 7 more int.

I'm taking chemical treatment, the unit I'm at is strictly work release, they don't offer college classes, it's mostly for people with less then 2 years left. The only classes they offer are like treatment/criminal thinking to try and brainwash you into making better choices when you get out. Nice hearing from you alley
