Pretty much guarantee this will be fixed before Aug 30th... But then again Blizz doesn't have a great track record of actual Balance in PvP, or caring for low Level Brackets either.

Archvaldor on yt shows how to get a buff called light of truth that heals 5.5k every 1.5 seconds and you can see a heal tick for 5.5k on his name plate hmmmm suspicious??
