Seems the way they fix it is to bring back the upper limit of vengeance as your max HP~~~~~the delay in calculating damage and reduction is not fixed~
Actually I don't even know why they remove the upper limit in 5.04....But it's indeed blizz's work

Yup, just tested this on EU. Vengeance is now capped at max hp.
Something worth noting: It looks like this cap is enforced after the calculations are done (including vengeance decay). That means that if you're taking enough damage to exceed your cap by a large margin, the vengeance you do get will appear to last longer. I noticed this because I quickly reached the cap after XT25 enraged and then kept that vengeance for the full 20s buff duration whilst he was in his Expose Heart phase (no incoming damage).

you realize that most of us have been twinking wrath for 2 years? so yeah we actually enjoyed this bracket before the 409's, as it stands now 80-84 is completely broken with the introduction of 409's.

It lets me solo things PROPERLY. I hadn't done it at all because it was pointless. I'd already cleared everything, why bother re-doing it? Now I can do it because the giant weight off my shoulders of the "why bother" bug has gone. I only used it in later stuff to provide more evidence to blizzard (which apparently barely worked, but thanks Faruz ;P)

anyway 104k AP still OP for 80 lvls ) now need w8 till 90 can reach mastery cap(cloth , leather and other elite hc gear)
It's barely possible at 85 (relies on the best MoP gear and two procs to align), so I doubt it's going to happen, even in the expansion with double stat gems.

Tempfixed, the bug can still happen, but you get to 100k or so vengeance max, capped by health.
