Yes, it is been for quite some time. I don't know the exact patch that it happened. All I play is healers, so I really do not use bandages. I have sold quite a few off the AH though.
Just a side note, don't let these people being foolish try to intimidate you into not asking questions.

Never actually noticed it to be fair.
Seems like it scales based on your level all the bandages above runecloth heals for far less then the runecloth actually does.

this is NOT a bug, in the past i manneged to get lvl 300 firt aid (exploit) instead of 225

My bandages got almost twice the power. Im still wondering what happens to the bandages at First aid lvl 800.

Your theory is that it is based upon skill level. Experimenting must be done. Perhaps I will give away some 1st aid "kits" to some lucky twinklings if this is true.

This isn't remotely true. I've had Level 10's at 225 since TBC. I now have my main 10 at 790 (the new "Cap" since everything goes grey that sub 98's can Craft) and the Bandages are identical to the 10's I still have at 225.
