depends and very situational

playing WOW has saved me alot of money.

my previous hobby which was into competition RC car racing and 1/24th slot car racing. these hobbies involve spending alot of $$ in parts, entry fees, technology changes, etc, and travel expenses. i have done those off and on for years.

after quitting RC in 2007 to help my dad (now passed away) i have recently decided to get back into it. respooling up a class/program has already cost me over $1500 and i till need some stuff due to new type batteries and brushless motors etc.
