US FIFTY - Classic Raiding done right - We need YOU!

Also, posting up today about our raid. 9:00 CST. This is a later raid and a lot of us have no life so I expect most of you from last week to be here.
 
It's not determined by what I want, but what hours are available

So here's my hopes and dreams for wow in the next few months-ish. Going to get bis brewmaster with bis transmog, then it's off to f2p land where I am making a feral. I'm going to get all of the raid titles from wrath + cata before they fix the glitch(I assume in WoD) and precious' ribbon, then I'll be achieve farming on my 50 again with Thelse or whoever wants to come starting with those raid achieves and anything else in imminent danger of gf'ing. If anyone wants to come I will probably need help and you guys that can't afford wow can f2p with me.
 
I was gathering interest until I saw the " we prefer gnomes" on the opening page. Is there any reason for this? I don't have a 50 yet, but would be open to making one if I was aware of the reasoning behind class/spec/race priorities for raiding at 50.

The most obvious question for me is, why 50?'

50 was because it was (is?) the lowest level allowable to do the old school raids iirc. therefore making it the biggest challenge, and most rewarding/fun

gnomes i cant remember why. just so it was an army of gnomes taking down raid bosses maybe? dont think they have any bonus racials making them especially good...melee dps probably likes racials for expertise (dwarf/human) since thats hard to come by at that level, same for tanks (altho NE might still be best if they still get -2 chance to be hit), and casters prolly want draenei or something for the hit /shrug

pretty sure on the front page, or buried somewhere in between there and here, there are listings of the best race/spec for each class depending on what you want/they need. good luck, ive lurked since this was started and its always seemed interesting but ive never gotten around to doing anything about it
 
Yea I have a few boss kills footage but my UI is terrible for all of them, im working on fixing my UI atm then I will be uploading boss kill footage hopefully.
 
Hey guys, I won't be able to make Saturdays raid. I have to work and will be at work until 845 mountain time. If I make it home and you guys are still going I will join though.
