If you're on an active realm you could also try getting 2 friends who are a tank and healer and running stocks over and over til you cant take it anymore.. Stocks seems to have best chance to get them besides chests. Got mine from there and multiple other people states getting FotL from stocks

See, I was thinking this was for arena, since 5.4 is going to kill BGs for F2Ps.

The best way to farm chests is in a group and with p2p help. It's also convenient if everyone needs something different. What my group and I did was assigned everyone about three chests in an area, checked if they were there, and CRZ'd to a different realm. We cleared all chests in Hillsbrad on about 8 different realms in about 30-45 mins. One guy got feet of the lynx. I got my xmog stuff. Worked out pretty well.

I got 7x Feet of the Lyhnx wile farming for MM on my druid and priest (total 250 chests). Farmed mostly Hillsbrads, Wetlands and littlebit achenvale.
