not really an anime watcher or manga reader (ironic i know) but id say the naruto series and the older gundam series (those pre 2016 ones). People said Gundam seed and destiny were trash but it was one of my favourites if not merely by gundam design. Remember spending much of my childhood drawing out gundam designs with my buddies

not only drawing .. model kits .. omv .. posters .. and nobody said city hunter and orange road and slam dunk etc .. so i am from a different era .. and Yamato and Macross and Gatchaman

I really don’t like anime, never have and tbh, I just watched the new “scorpions revenge” movie they made for mortal kombat and man was it sick. So that’s about all I would recommend or watch
