About 1000 runs in so far, none yet. Doing pick pocket runs in Stockades during my instance cap.
Aqua -> Pummeler -> Thermaplugg only
I was tracking my progress earlier, I might do it again. Average 4:30 per run.
I will probably stream a lot of my runs too.
 
That's the whole point. Watch me bore myself to death doing gnomeregan runs ;D

Damn dude. 4:30? That's actually quite slow. I can do Gnomer killing the same bosses in 1.5-2 min.
 
4:30 is a high average, I usually do 4;00. I use druid when farming. that includes the 1 minute timer to get back to the start.

I use my Rogue. Spam Burst of OP and use rocket boost and glider. Engi really speeds it up. But what you should do is delete you HS, then do character stuck when you kill the last boss. This will kill your char and bring him to the spirit resser infront of the entrance. So you can just reset and walk in. Saves a lot of time.
 
My rogue is in stockades for junkboxes whenever I do my 10 instances for the hour.
 
One of my friends farmed 29k boxes before he got a BVB :p

Can anyone confirm the actual drop rate from the bosses? 0.01%? (*3 bosses) or 4 if you can include Electrocutioner.

I found this neat little calculator to help work out drop %

At 0.03% you would need to run Gnomer 13,000 times to reach ~98% chance to drop. At 10,000 runs you will be just over 95%

Laming's average run = 4m 30s * 13,000 = 3,510,000 seconds = 58,500 minutes = up to 975 hours

Assuming you are American and being paid at least minimum wage, statistically you could earn $7068.75 in the same time it would take you to farm these gloves

Im currently farming hotshots also..ill keep you posted..100 runs in the last 2 days..have got a few boa blue's but nothing of signifigance as yet haha
 
While farming for these gloves and gear for my 24s, I pulled almost every single mob with a few ranged attacks that caused some chain reactions and killed them as they reached the boss room. I never timed it, but back when the instance limit was still 5 per hour, I was able to do it in 30 minutes; and that was while boosting a 24 on my main account at the same time. I did about 400-500 runs in total across 2 characters, and ended up selling everything I looted (certain greens, blues and the cloth) for over 100k gold. I don't know how you're doing with gold, or what the prices are like on your realm, but it helped me justify taking the time to run through the dungeon
