Is that possible to farm this spot solo at 20lvl?
Because all what i can get is 22ilvl and totaly trash

You can't farm Legion gear ilvl28 at level 20. Check other threads for more info and create new char for Legion farm or you may try to farm some 25+ bfa zones on your vet because it is the only way to get 28 gear as level 20 but it won't be fast.
