Ye, i mean i guess its good for people to know that you dont need full bis for a char to work fine. But on the flip side the lower the bar, the less useful the list is gonna be for those that want bis.

I mainly heal in wargames with him, people’s health is dropping all the time so high mastery will give me massive heals to save people at low hp.

If you truely want bis though, you should be able to take a second, think about it and figure it out. I'm pretty much ok with allowing anything that "works" really.
