oh i think you're right, you can tag rare mobs that way on the isle,

Better do it before the expension hit the shelves, because the isle will be quite empty. Even now i'm not sure how populated the island is (sub have been grinding that zone for more than a year)

Quite possibly, i dont understand why they removed so many items from the toybox :/ It's very dissappointing especially when it ended up not freeing up a lot of bagspace since half of my toys are still req in my inventory

i'm guessing if the item has any actual effect on game-play, it won't be considered a toy. Looks like whoever made the list in the first place didn't realize what the items actually did.
