I will play like a healer and peel anything that is dying.

Sometimes I will play disc and burst in a full crit set.

I don't think any spec is boring.

it sounds like you'd rather just build a BiS disc priest and occasionally spec shadow. i don't know if the gear is even different at all, so when i read " F2P Shadow Priest Project" it threw me off.

I will probably play them both a lot. Shadow might give me challenges, I like challenges.

90% of shamans don't know what purge is, besides I can probably fake most of them.

I will probably always be with others, where niche specs like shadow shine. Remember I am a support class, think of me as an affliction warlock with heals.

Quite a lot of negative responses for trying something a little more out-of-the-box.
Izac showed us Shadow as F2P was certainly viable. Haters gonna hate!

I tried playing Shadow on my BiS Priest after reading this thread. There's no denying the usefulness of Mind Flay, but the healing you do as shadow, even as a BiS Priest is extremely nullified.

so basically, both your damage and healing is sh*t, but you can peel. What a bargain!

Lolîpop @ Laughing Skull - Community - World of Warcraft <--- this is a nice mix. 1890 HP and 200 spell power (in BGs). Balanced but still OP.

Edit: 200 spell power assuming you will be using Wizard oil and Wisdom ofc.

Yea its deff viable, last game Wueued with ahunter, rdruid, and me on spriest, did 25k dmg 45k heals, and 3 returns Its just a very versatile class/comp with good CC.
