It's not the only site, but it's the easiest to use.
No need to create an account, but you can if you want to. ^^ To get a link to a picture you have on your computer from imgur, just go to imgur.com, drag any picture file into the browser, or in the top right click on Upload - Computer. Select what you want and follow the directions imgur gives you.
