No more CS at 20. Currently have access to ice barrier for a bit more survivability, but that may get removed in the next patch. Frost also has ice lance and a new talent: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=205021/ray-of-frost that is extremely strong. Luckily priests don't have MC in this bracket anymore though.
