This guide is way out of date. Last updated a year ago. The thread was just necro'd. Not sure if there's a more up to date guide somewhere...

The speed is wrong, but it doesn't matter since speed is normalized and doesn't come into play. BiS is going to be a 2H from dungeons. There's a couple in deadmines.
